Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In original condition
Due to hygiene reasons, worn baby shoes cannot be returned.
Size Issues
Please check our size guide before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
